North Naples firefighters receive training both on and off site to maintain their expertise, to increase their safety and efficiency on scene, and to provide a high level of excellence in response to emergencies that citizens encounter within the District.
Deputy Chief Michael Swanson assists the District's Training Section. Currently there are three Training Captains that are responsible for introducing and preparing new firefighters to work for the District, and for providing continuing education to our current firefighters.
